Eximbay Partial Refund

Eximbay is a payment service provide which assists you to make a safe and secure online payment.
When you make a payment at byther.uk, “Eximbay” will find you on your card statement.
Sometimes, customers may confuse with partial refund process.
Let me explain about a partial refund.
In order to make a partial refund, the original transaction is refunded first
and the second transaction is made except for the amount which you want to get a refund.

For example: You make an order on 1st Dec 2013 and get paid USD 200 with your credits card.
When you received the products you want to return one item ask for refund USD 30.
By 25th Dec 2013 we received your return products and will process the partial refund as you required
Your first transaction dated on 1st Dec 2013 will be totally refunded on 25th Dec 2013
Your second transaction dated on 25th Dec 2013 will be made and the amount is USD 170 except for USD 30.
Since it is an overseas online payment, it takes around 2 weeks that your card issuing bank reflects this into
its system. So you couldn’t find or check the first transaction canceled information in the two weeks.
Only recent two deduct transactions will be visible, this point always make our customers confused.
Sometimes since your credits card have payment limit, two transactions issued by the same month may
beyond your card available payment limit that may cause your card unavailable to be use.

Hope our customers could kindly understand above explanation.
