제품의 앞판에는 해골 로고 엠보싱 패치를 매치하였고
앞판의 패치는 인체에 무해하고 친환경적인 루버 소재를
입체적인 3D 엠보싱 기법으로 작업하여 퀄리티를 높였습니다.

뒷판의 패치는 면 100%의 10수 2X2(투바이투)로 짜여진 캔버스 원단으로
조직감이 탄탄하고 러프한, 거친 날것의 무드를 살려줍니다.
또한 원단의 특성을 활용하여 Raw(edge) Cut 기법으로 끝 단을 마무리해
자연스럽게 풀어지는 끝 단을 더욱 러프하게 연출하였습니다.

캔버스 패치의 들어간 바이더알의 심볼인 해골 로고 프린팅 또한
입체감이 살아있는 엠보싱 프린팅으로 더해 퀄리티를 높였습니다.

텐타, 덤블 가공을 통해 세탁 및 착용에 의한 축률을 줄였고
넥 라인의 안 쪽에 둘러진 오리지널 바이어스 테이프 디테일과
넥 라인, 숄더 라인, 암홀 라인 총 3곳에 투 니들 스티치 디테일을
추가하여 봉제의 퀄리티와 내구성을 더욱 높였습니다.









 입체감이 살아있는 3D 천연 루버 패치로 포인트를 주었습니다.







 조직감이 탄탄하고 두꺼우며 핏을 잘 잡아주는
헤비 쮸리 코튼 원단으로 제작하여 퀄리티를 높였습니다.
